This design is a poster expressing the words of Bruce Mau's An Incomplete Manifesto for Growth. The words he expressed are advice to live a clam, balanced and good life. However, words can not always tame life's demons. The splattered paints represent the bruises the real world can impale onto a person. The paints applied were watered down oil and gouache.
